are you actually hungry or is your tummy just rumbling? try and distract yourself..go have a long bath or read a book, stay on here and sip your water etc..anything to stay OUT OF THE KITCHEN...id bet your in ketosis by now if youve been 100%
This is so true. The advice to distract yourself is good and of course you can always drink more water. I agree with Starlight, sometimes out the blue a hungry day. I found it happened when I was over tired or when I saw food porn. But I also found the next day it had gone completely, strange. But just keep on going with the magic packets and you will lose weight.
Just a final thought, not sure if it helps but one thing I learnt was that I can cope with, deal with survive being hungry now and again. I suppose I learnt, oh yes I know this feeling it's called hunger - it passes and does not threaten my existence. I hope this doesn't sound smug but you can be hungry and still be ok, the basic urges to eat can by will power be ignored - quite safely. The results are amazing.
I've only just got rid of my hunger pangs and I'm on day 13! I think our stomachs are often conditioned to expect food at certain times of the day, mine has given up now and I am finding myself feeling full more often than not. It's all about mind over matter
