.... the second I finish a High(ish) syn treat, my DH texts and says do you fancy fish and chips tonight???

I literally shoved the last of my kit kat bunny in my gob while I got up to find my phone as it beeped.... D'oh!!

Oh well, I haven't had anyother syns at all today and I think they're only 7, and I was syn free yesterday....

Still, I'm sure I can have just fish (without batter) and mushy peas and that would still be free wouldn't it?

It always seems to happen this way though!

Yes if you remove the batter the cod is free on red/extra easy. With batter, an average small portion (120g) is 10 syns, medium (180g) is 15 syns and large (227g) is 19 syns on red/extra easy.

I checked them on the website they're only 7.... It wasn't worth 7 syns! I should have just bought a flake ;)

I had my fish, and mushy peas LOL.... :)
