If babycorn is on the superfree list why isn't regular sweetcorn?!
I could make up my 1/3 superfree on every meal with just those lovely golden kernels! Lol!

In part, because 100g of tinned sweetcorn has around 110 calories, while 100g of baby corn has around 25 calories.

The baby sweetcorn will also fill you up more because it's more fibrous.

Shame that baby corn is not anywhere near as nice as sweetcorn :(

Could live off sweetcorn.
Mmmmmmmmmmm x

:sigh: Oh bottom!! I've only just seen this thread and didn't realise sweetcorn wasn't superfree!!! I keep using it to bump out meals such as tuna or homemade veg soup!!!

Oh well, better to be aware & know what my Syns are...........sob!
