Total Solution Why????

Day 2 for me today and iv had chicken again it says under 0.5 carbs on the packet so I'm hoping I haven't done too much damage!
I'm a serial restarter! I lost 3 stone 100% all the way through when I was trying to conceive so why can't I do it now grrrr

You won't have done any damage! Honestly, it will b nothing.

I don't know why restarting is hard, it seems to b a common thing. I'm struggling to get day one done but completely lack of organisation for me x
