I've just found my old Discovery plan books. I can't help but think it is more correct to point up all fruit. I think I will give it a go next week Monday or at least compare the results for a couple of days to the Propoints to see if there is a significant difference.
 
Up 1lb this wk... Wasn't as diligent at writing down my intake... Every point counts!! Might reintroduce exercise this wk.. Dog needs walking :)

It kinda does ... Just nice to chat with folk who are on the same journey :)

Definitely helps in that respect. You can not turn up at a meeting...you can't hide on the internet!
