WI refeeding week 1

hi all xxxx
I have had to start refeeding due to low blood pressure problems, and my weight councelling won't start till I eat !!!!!!

SO after my first week of refeeding I have lost 4 pounds !!!!!!!! :smiley1842:
WOW was I surprised ?? You BET I was.
Just got to keep on the same track (GI diet).

Sorry to hear of your health problems accom, but afterall your health is more important. 4lbs is brilliant on refeeding and i think the low GI is a good idea as you will feel fuller for longer. I was actually looking at GI recipes myself lastnight and found some lovely dishes but healthy too, so I will be following low GI on maintenance when I get there!

Best of luck for next weeks weigh in on refeed and hope things with the doctor starts looking up soon. x

Hope this helps with your blood pressure too now, which I am sure it will. How did you find the re-feed?
