Well done on the 2lbs off. :clap: And don't worry, you will start to lose more than 2lbs a week again, promise, so long as you stick to the plan. The body's a really weird thing and it does like to cling on to water as long as it can, especially if it's TOTM or you're feeling a bit run down, or tired. It looks like you might be one of those people who lose a couple of pounds for two weeks, then have a big 'splurge' week where you drop 4 or 5 pounds in one go. It all works out the same in the end - about a stone a month.
