Wibbly wobbly, wirey diary :)

Mmmmm... sounds tasty :D

I've also made a kind of raspberry fool. Mixed quark, white choc options, fat free raspberry yoghurt, raspberries and Splenda. At the bottom of the glass I've also put a chopped up lemon drizzle alpen light bar :p works out at about 6 syns, so 3 syns per desert :D

I am currently working on my burgers now. Worrying thing is, I'm also watching Sweeney Todd right now: let's hope I don't take it as inspiration ;)

Yummy.... room for a guest hee hee

Of course!! I've made some lush food today, so this foodblog looks like I'm completely obsessed haha!!

I don't know if its just me, but does anyone eat like LOADS on an original day? My calorie intake zooms up on them! I've read loads about people loosing more when doing original days....but I think I'm going to be the exception hehe!

Right, I've had a proper piggy day today! I'm stuffed (which is naughty), so no more. I shall do my round up so that I don't have anymore!

Breakfast:
4 venison sausages (2 syns) 2 rashers turkey bacon, 1 egg, 2 plum tomatoes.

Lunch:
1 slice of bread (1/2 HEB) 1 and 1/2 eggs with mayo (1/2 syn)
1 1/2 veggie scotch eggs, with 2 teaspoons of brown sauce (1 syn)
1 alpen light (1/2 HEB)

Dinner:
2 homemade turkey burgers, 2 slices of bread (HEB), mozarella cheese (HEA). Plus I pinched a meatball from something else I was cooking haha!

Dessert:
The raspberry fool from earlier (3 syns)

Actually written down it doesn't seem too bad! The mince was only lean, not extra lean, so I'm adding 4 syns for that too. So, 1 HEA, 2 HEB, 10 1/2 syns....call it 11, and 1500 calories.

Now to watch great British bake off!! Food porn!!

I love the GBBO! My problem is i'm constantly watching food shows and reading recipes and making myself hungry thinking about what I could make!

Morning! (Ok, only just: 3 mins left hehe). You know it's going to be a fun day when the first thing you eat is 5 syns! Oooops! But those Special K biscuit bars are real nice! I thought I'd be good for my late breakfast in bed tho, so did a 2 egg omelette with onions and tomatoes (free) topped with mozarella (HEA). Was thinking of doing an extra easy day, but not sure if I could limit my healthy extras. Besides, I like veggie food, and also I don't stuff myself with carbs anyway on green days, so it's a pretty easy day for me to do.

I sooooooooo want to do onion bhajis today. I've got this Simon Rimmer mix, but it only tells you the calories of each bhaji once it's been deep fried! Most annoying :/

Ah well, worst comes to the worst, I've always got potatoes!! ;)

Oooooooft what a late dinner!! Amazing!! Potato wedges and chili rice (all free), ww pitta (HEB), homemade turkey burger (HEB), watercress and extra light mayo (2 syns). Extremely satisfying, plus I forgot that I was also planning on having some refried beans, but I'm glad I didn't now as I am most satisfied :D I also had a glass of Koko chocolate milk which is my 2nd HEA of the day, and totally kerbs the chocolate cravings. Having said that, some naughty person has snuck some light choices chocolate mousse into the fridge, so I may well just HAVE to have one of those too, seeing as I have some syns left!!

So today......
Breakfast: tomato, onion and mozarella omelette.
Lunch: veggie scotch egg with 2 tsp of brown sauce (1 syn)
Dinner: as above (2 syns)
Snacks: Special K biscuits (5 syns), alpen light (3 syns), choclit mousse (4 syns)

Delicious nommy foods today, used 2 HEA's and 2 HEB's, 15 syns (worth it!!) and around 1700 cals.

Score!!

Quick note! Koko chocolate milk is awesome! And 200ml is enough to cover my weetabix and have a little left over to put in a coffee :p
Speaking of which, I'm also cold brewing some coffee in the fridge right now: should be ready at about 10pm! And with it I shall be making my own starbucksesque iced coffee! I might order myself some sugar free flavoured syrup to go in it too. Luuurrrrrvely!

I've got my best mate round for lunch today, so im surprising him with a healthy meal (it's normally junk food). I've made a quick chilli using quorn, tinned tomatoes, baked beans, onion and spices. Also some savoury rice and refried beans on the side. I'm sure he will ask where the Doritos, sour cream and cheese are, to which my response will be "in the shop!" ;)
