I ve decide to start a food diary, at the moment am on 67 pp in my 2nd week . I lost 7lbs in my 1st week and very happy with that still got along way to go tho to reach my target. My eating all over the place but i try not to eat after 7pm and i have my breakfast very early due to work (truck driver)
