So dinner last night: a huge 19 points

M&S whole wheat pasta 80g uncooked 7pp
1/2 jar Loyd Grossman tomato and garlic sauce 2pp
Parmesan cheese 1pp
Bread bun 4pp
Lemon drizzle cake for desert 5pp

Takes me to a total of 34pp for yesterday

Exercise earned: 5pp 5k on the erg
So in total I used 3pp from my weekly allowance as well.

I got weighed this morning and feel so disheartened

Oh it wasn't my wi day I just got on the scales for a bit of a progress update and nothing had changed! 4 days of sticking to the plan no difference what so ever

So, all in all a total of 36pp used, 10pp over my daily allowance to be honest I'm just pleased that's ran out of Jack Daniels before I could inflict much more damage on my weeklies!

Still tomorrow is another day and back onto the ww plan, and earning activity points.

That's so not fair :-( I weigh in tomorrow morning. I'm guessing that you're tracking everything correctly? And you definitely are doing plenty of exercise, are u sure you're eating enough? X
 
i saw documentary that said people who drank fizzy drinks (even diet ones) lost weight much slower, could you swap those for water, maybe you drink water too but just dont write it down x

I think I saw that program too? Was it basically saying that your body expects food when you drink those drinks so you end up being more hungry?x
