Will I still lose my 3lb/week if I work out?

Hi,

Sorry for yet another exercise question and if this questions been done before :eek: :eek:

I start back at the gym next month, I tend to lose 3lb's a week (if I dont cheat that is:eek:)

Will my losses reduce or maybe increase?

Whats been your experiences?

Would also like to know this as i have a gym membership i'm paying for and if it wont help any then i'd rather cancel as its pretty expensive and i can always join up again when i start a different plan nearer management :)

Personally i would have thought working out (cardio exercises) will make u lose more weight....
Exercise sppeds up your metabolism and burns calories.....
3000 kcal in a pound.......
I hope so anyway caus i have just been for a twenty min run and it has nearly killed me :)
