hi there
i am now starting my 3rd week of eating less and exercising more. so far i have been sticking to 1000-1200 calories a day drinking lots of water and doing 1 to 2 hours quick walking a day.although i will be doing less walking soon as i am waiting for my new cross trainer to arrive.
i am really surprised with myself at how well i have stuck to everything. i think it helps that my partner knows and so i cant really cheat as he would know and then i would feel bad. the thing is though i really dont want to cheat as seeing the weight coming off makes me feel so much better than eating something "nice".
anyway after reading some diarys on here i have decided to try and keep my own. i will try and update it at night with what i have eaten and what exercise i have done.
