It was lovely thanks hun:), a really nice change from the usual "fry up" and very filling!
We have so many birthdays and special occasions at the beginning and end of the year, all we seem to be doing is baking :faint2: x x

Hey hun, thanks for visiting my diary:) ...They are similar, but nothing beats a real cheesecake:D nom nom! I think the white chocolate tastes more like a cheesecake, the milk chocolate filling is more like a mousse (I hope this helps...I'm terrible at explaining! lol) x x

Lunch:
Bowl of Strawberries & Frozen Berries
Strawberries(SS)(SF), Raspberries(SS)(SF), Blackberries(S)(SF), Blueberries(SF) Cup of tea, Skimmed milk(HxA)

Dinner:
Youngs Large Breaded Cod(HxB+1½ syns), Actifry Chips(½ syn) and Mushy Pea's(SS)

Cakes, Vanilla slice, custard/cream, 100g each(13 syns)
I was going to have this last night as I still had lots of unused syns left, but it was a bit too late to be eating, so i'm going to treat myself tonight instead!:D

My friends Dad just got an Actifry and she loves using it. Are the chips really THAT good??

We absolutely LOVE it!:D I honestly can't recommend it enough. We were making SW chips all the time and it was a lot of effort, microwaving or parboiling them first etc and there was never a set time when they would be done, but with the Actifry it's so quick and easy! You literally just put them in, pour in tsp oil (or you can use Frylight), shut the lid and turn the timer on:)!

The only this is, we were finding potatoes can be a little hit and miss at the minute (very watery) but Maris Piper are our favourites and so far they've come out perfect every time!:D

Oh and thank you hun, it was just my usual Fibro appointment. xx
 
Hey mini's! I'm here with a late update (once again lol). It's been quite a busy weekend for me, I got my mum a tablet for her birthday (didn't arrive until late) so i've been setting it up for her this weekend and i'm also planning to redecorate my bedroom all vintage/shabby chic, so i've been busy ordering wallpaper etc. Hope everyone's had a lovely weekend!:)
