Monday 5th October 2009 Green Day

Breakfast: 2 Weetabix (HEXB) made with skimmed milk (HEXA).
Snack: Apple 2x Fox’s Glacier Fruits (2 syns)

Lunch: Bachelors Savoury Rice with sweetcorn, strawberries and Activia yoghurt
Afternoon Snack: 85g Ham (HEXB) 4 EL Laughing Cow Cheese Triangles (HEXA) and 10 olives (1½ syns)
Dinner: SW Chips, fried egg, baked beans, mushrooms and onions
Evening snack: Curly Wurly (6 syns)

Afternoon Snack: Chicken sandwich with WW WM bread (HEXB) and ½ tbsp XLF Mayo (½ Syn)

Dinner: Chicken and stir fried veggies.

Friday 9th October 2009 Red Day

Ok I know it looks like I have only had 2 syns today and yes, it’s true. But what you don’t know was I was really really REALLY bad last night after I submitted my diary and ate a WHOLE large bar of Dairy Milk!! Yep, the big one! All to myself.....and yes I did feel sick afterwards and yes it was worth it.
However, I now to pull back loads of syns. I am going to try to have no more than 5 syns a day between today and Fridays weigh in.....fingers crossed it works X

Didn’t have a lot for dinner as i had a bit of a migraine.....just made a sausage sandwich

Ok, not written my diary down for a while. Thursday was a good day though..and i did lose 1½lbs this week on my Friday weigh in.
It was after that it went a bit t*ts up...

Still back on track now.
