    Well with all my ups and downs and having to convert to 1000 cals b'cuz of antibiotics I've just been to WI and.......I've lost .........7lb's :bliss:

    Am so happy - really didn't expect that......Off to change my ticker......Oh and I've got some choc bars for this week :D x

    My W1 on Saturday - 4lbs but then i ate all weekend and back on track again today!

    Hope your ear infection is better -sounds terrible.

    well well missy aint you had a fab loss this week!!! Well done you. Very happy for ya hun. You had a rocky day when that bloody chicken in your fridge was clucking away at you, but you moved on and put that in the past and carried on which was great and now look you've lost half a stone!!! hehe!! ~claps~ xxxx
