    I hope so. I had bars this week too & on the days i had them they knocked me out of ketosis so I haven't bothered with any for this coming week.
    We'll see next wednesday whether TOTM & the bars did affect this last weeks loss. :)

    The bars they say one aday but I have two sometimes , and people still get good losses , might be TOTM , I always gain but settles down again in days . just keep going and it will work !
