yay lost another 3lbs! but unfortunately i cant afford the diet this week so im just trying to do it my own way with asda meals with the same calories! not quite the same but hopefully it will work!

Well done on your 3lbs! That's great!

Try to watch the GI of the meals you get or you might be more hungry. You can buy the original granola in Tescos in a 500g bag in case you didn't know. Good Luck with it! x

I totally aggree with you - I find this way of eating totally fits with my lifestyle and my metabolism - I am happy with a 1-2lbs loss now each week. I am happy and feeling really healthy !!
