Hi everyone

Just popping in very quickly as i've got loads of cleaning to do.

Bought some new shorts this morning - dark grey with thin silver pinstripes size 10! woooohhoooooo! so i'm feeling very happy today:D

Going out tonight for a friends birthday. We are going for a meal first so i am just going to choose wisely and then i'll be having quite a few drinks. Its only my 3rd time out this year so i'm not going to worry about going overboard on the booze!

Anyway, got to get the house cleaned up before my friend arrives.

Blimey I've missed you guys! Had a right manic few hours at work what with handing out some discpline and actually doing some work :rolleyes:. Oh well, least I'm back on here now!!!

I see we're not doing too well on the water yet today - c'mon girls get it in yer ..... !

Sussex I promise to be a good girl all weekend. BF and I have planned to have a very lazy weekend at his. The only job we have to do is put my new LCD TV up in my lounge then it's back to his to chill out. Not planning on getting out of my jarmies all weekend :D so cannot wait!! Loads of films and TV series downloads to catch up with! Perfect activity to coincide with me probably feeling rough as I go back into ketosis days 3 & 4!!! Well here's hoping anyhow! You'll have to let us know how your darlings get on on Monday! Any chance you can take a kettle and mug with you and heat up your water for your tetra?

JJJ - size 10 shorts .... blimey!! You skinny mini you!! They sound lovely. Hope you have a brilliant time tonight - have a couple of V&T's for me hun!!
 
Hi all hope everyone doing ok.

My God it is freezin here dan south hae been trying to type with gloves on not a good look or good for my spell checker.

No idea what I am going to be getting up to this weekend, my best mate is throwing a halloween party tonight and fridays nights round there are always brilliant and go on till saturday morning but its gonna be hard not to drink. I know everyone will be like go one one won't hurt coz they don't understand the diet. ( Have not gone into much detail about the diet) Told her i lost 8lbs in my first week and she said haven't u ever tryed other diets WW is really good. Now she has never needed to diet and with out becoming paranoid or over analysing why would she be saying that if i have found a diet that is working well. Part of me thinks she doesn't wana lose the sociable Gem but i have explained it ain't for ever.

That felt better getting that off my chest.

Sadly, i am not the same, athough JJJ getting a pair of size 10 shorts must be the best thing ever :)

Not long woke up as i had a SH*T night sleep - keep stressing over silly things, havent even touched a drop of water yet.

I'm so annoyed today, we've been going on at the agency ever since we moved in (We rent) that the garage door was broken - and cardiff isnt the type of place you want to keep your car on the street.
Now, both wing mirrors have been smashed in the last week and we've rang them EVERY DAY for a month. I can't go round there cos i know i'll fly off the handle!!

FYI - I HATE DAY 3 SSING!!! Feels even worse cos i got to day 15 then had to take stupid antibiotics...... i know that day 4 and 5 were SH*T too, so bring on the fun.

I think i need a handful of those happy pills, i went to town to have two rings resized, one was a birthday one i bought two months ago and one was my engagement ring, the guy there was so rude, he asked me what the stone was in my engagement ring and i said lapiz, he said i dont think so, and i said well i really dont care what it is its sentimental value, (cos i was really getting sick of his attitude) and that it could be glass for all i care, and he said yeah well it probably is, and i just wanted to hit him, i grabbed the rings outta his hand so fast i nearly dislocated his fingers as well as my own, and walked out after telling him what a rude little cretin he was, but it really upset me, my engagement ring wasnt expensive by some peoples standereds it cost about £80 16yrs ago and was made in a small jewellers that designs its own stuff, but i love it and it is lapiz, i always wear lapiz and amythyst for spiritual reasons, and to have some pig slag it off was toomuch and it was all i could do not to cry, the worst thing is he owns the shop as the guy who usually serves and is lovley looked very embaressed, as he knows me well as i always take my jewellery there to be fixed or resized as that ring was made smaller by 5 sizes last year, and i bought my amythyst ring there two months ago,
im usually a stand and give them hell girl but today i was just upset and i darent go back as i would probably just lamp him one, as im angry now, hubby is furious and i had to make him promise not to go in there, my son feels terrible as he was standing there and didnt kwno what to say but he is 13 and i told him i didnt expect him to say anything, luckily im a huge beleiver in karma and what goes around comes around so i know the guy will get it back but i wish i was around to see it
 
Arrh Gemma - I personally would still go to the party armed with water (you could push the boat right out and have fizzy) and watch everyone else get drunk and make complete fools of themselves! Then I would ensure that the following day I told everyone just how silly they had been - and bribe them with it!! (Ooohhh I'm soo mean)!! I know CD is very hard when you socialise but it's not forever and you can still go out and have a life, just need to make some minor adjustments!!

Aww Gill hun ..... that's rubbish! How very dare he?! Perhaps he will step in some doggie doo when he wearing his favourite shoes .... or maybe just maybe his wife/GF/partner (whatever) will drop his toothbrush down the toilet, retrieve it, not wash it and let him use it!! Hee hee!!

good girl Dobbie, BF will keep you on the straight and narrow all weekend I'm sure ;)

They have a kettle etc in the room, but I like my tetras hot, not lukewarm so think I'll just stick to drinking it very quickly and ignoring all thoughts of food. I am taking my bouillion though as it warms me up, yum yum.

Jo - well done on the size 10 shorts - bet you are thrilled :D

off to take dog out shortly. Dobbie please make sure the level of conversation has risen above the toilet before I get back :D:D:D

Afternoon all!

Wow, where has the day gone??? I have been feeling sorry for myself this morning and really miserable, so by lunchtime I gave myself a good talking to and pulled myself together!

I still have a fuzzy headache, but I feel much better than I did earlier!
How is everyone doing?
I have just drunk my 3rd litre of water and feel ok.

Hubby just told me that we have another viewing at the house for 4pm, so I am really pleased!!!

If I don't speak to you all before hand, have a great weekend all.....try not to give into temptation and drink all your water!!!
