Well iv gotta admit I was really worried this week as I got on boots scales on Thursday and it said i'd stayed the same but I got weighed by cdc today and iv lost 6lbs!! Woohoo so happy xx

Hiya, I'm mainly doing ss with an odd ss+ days, I will eventually go up the steps but I'm loving the amount I lose on ss atm, so staying on for another few months x
