Am so happy! Just back from group with a lovely new 3 stone sticker!!!!

Didn't expect it this week as spent the weekend away not being able to plan my meals and couldn't walk too far as i had nasty bites on my ankles which gave me elephant feet!!

But still lost 2 lbs and now I'm also in the next stone down.


This is a fab way of eating!!! Love it
