I cannot find the table for working out how many points are in different foods, anybody know where I might find it online? Wanna get back to the old WW system to get me to my goal!!
For the old system, divide the calories by 70 and the saturated fats by 4. I haven't done old points for a few years so maybe doublecheck that method on something you know already! I might have misplaced a 0 or something!
