Working up the plans

I've started working up the plans a little, even WS has been making me ridiculously exhausted so I've started doing a 1000 cal plan, like Cambridge does, to try and help it, and it's working, but I'm so hungry, especially around lunchtime, I ended up having both my porridge and bar within half an hour. Afterwards I felt better and managed some exercise but I hate having to have both at once, I felt like a greedy guts.

Is it normal to feel hungrier when you start on carbs again? I remember feeling hungry on 810 with Cwp but not 1000.

I found my old CWP stuff and I was almost 2 stone down by now, I'm barely over the stone mark on Exante, it's soooo slow! I'm glad my scales battery has ran out this week!
