worried with nutrition

    I know this sounds stupid but its only Day3 and im eating alot slower, like the shakes are taking me 20mins+ to drink but arent you meant to drink them in 15mins? So am i losing out on nutrition?
    Sorry im a worry wort!

    You'll be alright hon. I am a slow eater too and took about 20-30 minutes to drink mine.

    THe main idea is don't make it - flask it - drive 45 minutes to work, and then have it, etc. (you wouldn;t want to - they go super gloopy if left too long!)

    But you will be fine with that. :)

    Thanks blonde logic its weird ive never been a slow eater but i am at the moment, not complaining though guess its a good habit to get into hehe!!
