wow!!!

:) wow WOW !! I started lt on Saturday and had a problem the other night when i gave into temptation but because of work and other commitments went to pharmacy today instead of sat to get supplies ...my blood pressure down from 139/84 to 129/79 and from 10 stone 7 im already 10 stone 4 :D so thats 4 full days and a breakfast shakes worth of work and im happy and given me more motivation as wonder what i would have done without the hiccup!! x

oh thank u both, thats made me even happier i dont even feel like my shake tonight should i have it cause i need it anyway though do u think?? 24th may is the date i see my husband again cant wait x

That's a good goal to have!!! You should always have your three shakes a day. They contain all you need nutrition wise and you should never skip one because you don't feel hungry.

Its funny because we are always told to stop when we are full, but it really is important to ensure you have your 3 shakes with the minimum reccomended amount of water.

Stops your body going into starvation mode etc. Just think of it as taking medicine three times a day.That's the way I looked at it.
