WW flavoured whips

Hi ....hope some one can help me....does anyone know how many sins weightwatchers choc flavoured whip 12g sachets,banoffee and strawberry flavoured.Thinking these might be a nice treat now and again if i used my milk allowance for them.

They'll be 1 syn per 20 calories as no free food allowance.

Your milk allowance is your milk allowance. If you look at the nutritional info on the packet you'll see 100g of product is 67 kcal. So a 12g packet will be 8 kcal. If you do what I said in my first post you'll find that's half a syn. You add milk from within your allowance so you milk does not count as syns.
