ww scales!! arrgghhhh.

well.. iv invested in some ww scales and now im devod!! haha... my wii fit puts me just under 18 stone but these well put me at 18.01 :(( feel so defeated already, not only that but they keep giving me different reading minutes apart... anyone else had the same trouble?

All scales are different so expect them to give different readings. And dont chain weigh yourself every 5mins. Get weighed once a week around the same time of day in the same clothes for the best result. It leads to nothing but dissapointment and depression believe me.

Scale hopping is never a good idea and just leads to misery (although we are all guilty of it!) Our weigh fluctuates through the day so as Red says, same time or day, wearing the same clothes, try for a week in between. For me this is first thing in the morning, after loo, before breakfast, naked. I try for a week at a time but only ever last a day or 2! I only count the numbers I see on a Friday morning though...
