Xenical noobie

The GP this morning agreed to me being on Xenical, I have never taken it before so a lil clueless as to what is a good thing or a bad thing to be eating with it.

Excersize is hard for me due to b eing visually impaired n also having chronic pain issues.

Sorry to hear you have chronic pain, I hope you're having these issues treated and things get better for you. Have you thought of swimming? Swimming is very good for you and is low impact and leaves you weighless in the water, it would be probably be very theraputic for you too..that's if you can swim etc etc My eldest child has a hip problem and exercise is very, very hard for him, yet swimming he loves.

I do swim generally about once a week was planning to go this morning butthings happened n it didn't work out. Thanks for the welcomes :) x
