weighed myself as usual this morning and im in the 12's yay.only just but so good to see 12 something.also means my first weeks loss was 6.25 lbs. not too shabby. have bad tun today so feeling bit yuk but gonna stick at it.need to have some water.my sns order not due until 3 so gonna have to just have a shake until then.hope you all doin well.had a bit of a bummer day yest as realised iam 2 inches shorter than i thought(i must b shrinking)so it means ive still got a way to go before im no longer obese probably another 10 lbs or so but hopefully can do that by then end of the first month so not letting it stop me.hope you all feeling good on this monday morning xxxxxxxxxx
