Finally I got my first order through yesterday afternoon so started today
hubby left me in bed for a lye in and I couldn't believe it as I woke up at 12.10pm ???!!!!
Missed my breakfast shake so had my lunch shake and thankfully i really like the chocolate one yay!!!
Ive had a muller light yoghurt, a banana, 2 tiny satsumas and a cup of tea x I also gave the original herbal life tea a go, I added strevia (don't like to have any other sweeteners) and it was ok x didn't think id stomach it so pleased I can and I felt quite energised this afternoon 
Having chicken, mushroom, onion, pepper wrap (ww wrap) for dinner with salad & small serving of savoury rice as know this meal fills me up
What kinds of meals do you have for dinner that are filling? Thinking of looking up some healthy stews/casseroles as its getting cold now and that always makes me want winter warming dishes
