Yummy curry recipe

I made a gorgeous curry tonight. I made it in bulk so unsure of the weight but you can change that yourselves.

I cooked chicken breasts earlier on and then cut them up cold in thin strips so that the chicken would go stringy how I like it (which also helps to fill the sauce out) I also cooked some baby carrots, mushrooms and runner beans, again you can change the veg to your taste. I added all this into a big saucepan, whilst I heated the ring, then I added a teeny bit of curry paste (hardly any carbs at all) then I added half a pot of FAGE total 0% natural Greek style yoghurt, some boiling water and a variety of spices. I used hot curry powder, turmeric, and garlic. Then I let it simmer whilst I cooked some miracle noodles, then added them into the curry to bulk it out. It was gorgeous!!
