Thank you, I am really happy with my weight loss so far as i wasn't sticking to it religiously until this week.

I know exactly what you mean, it is so exciting moving down a stone isn't it.

I have stuck to my calories today and am so chuffed, did you go many over? I think in a few days i will start finding it harder to stick to everyday but going to try and be strict with myself... will see how that goes as i have no will power Lol x

I am the same with water, i need to try and start upping my intake each day instead of drinking coca cola =(

Good idea to have an incentive and it will help you be determined to stay on track if you are having your hair done x

Yes its good determination! Its quite hard this slim and save i can hear voices in my head trying to talk me out of it LOL but i am determind to stick with it only for 7 weeks after which il return to healthy eating calorie counting once the holiday comes along! Been doing some shopping so its helping me stick by it. Only first day today aaah!

Oh yes defo up the water intake and u can have coke but have the coke zero! Im even allowed that on the plan im doing now! :) coke zero will help keep things at bay too xx

Is slim and save a set meal regime or is it ready made meals and shakes and things?

Hmmm... I will have to try coke zero and see what it is like x

Hey Hun, i am temporarily doing a VLCD ketosis diet so u have food replacement meals with all the nutrients in. But this is only for 7 weeks after which il be back onto calorie counting combined with slimming world maybe :) x i just needed a boost before my holiday in 7 weeks as i felt a bit deflated xxxx

I can understand that and hope it works for you, my sister was always 9st and put on weight over a year ago to my weight now, she used the slim fast regime for about six weeks and then went back to eating as she normally would and has been 9st for a year again now. So boosts obviously work x

I have no will power Lol... so the calorie counting is the best for me and so far it seems to be working, plus I am changing my habits so hopefully i wont end up putting it back on but will manage to maintain my lifestyle x
