Yummy t!

    As it's the only day we sit together on a sun I thought I would have a small meal today... Made the rest of the fambo sweet n sour chicken with prawn crackers and other bits n bobs ( which suprisingly didn't bother me too much!) whilst I had a little bed of lettuce with some prawns (75 cals) but I cooked them in some chilli and garlic (I'm guessing thats ok is it?). Well I don't think I've ever enjoyed a meal as much in my life! But I'm actually feeling a bit guilty about eating now!!
    Def must b in ketosis still ( i was worried as I had 2 gin n slimlines last nite and tested myself and the colour didn't change :() because I have found today (day 6)sooo easy! Have also still got death breath! So am hoping everything is still goin in rite direction
    Sorry for the essay!!!

    I think chilli is ok but not sure about garlic?
    Its funny how much we come to appreciate food & how much our taste buds change after just a short time on this diet!!
