This is my first day on slimming world (again). My plan of action for today is as follows:
B- 2 pc dry toast (heb) with 2 poached eggs, milk for coffee (hea)
L- Baked potato, baked beans , 30g cheddar (hea)
T-Spaghetti with 30g goats cheese (heb), passatta and mushrooms.

Snack: Hi fi bar chocolate bliss- 6 syns.

Onwards and upwards!
