Hi! Thanks for your post. Sounds good, sorry to hear about you car accident. How are you now? How do you make the quiche please? xx

Feeling much better, thankyou :)
Heres the recipe for the quiche...

PASTA QUICHE

Ingredients:
1 packet mild cheese and broccoli pasta n sauce mix
2 eggs
1 packet smash
A 300g (ish) tub of Low Fat cottage cheese
...then i used bacon, mushrooms, onion & spring onion

Method:
Make up the packet of smash as on the packet. Spray a quiche dish with fry light and smooth the smash over the bottom and the sides of the dish. Bake in the oven, on 190 degrees, for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Halfway through the cooking, take the quiche out of the oven and with the back of a spoon bash the air out of the smash, so that the smash base is smooth in the dish.

Meanwhile, make the packet of pasta n sauce up using water and once cooked. Set aside to cool.

Fry the bacon, mushrooms, onion and spring onion in a pan (with frylight) and set aside

In a bowl mix together the eggs, cottage cheese and pasta n sauce - make sure the pasta is cool otherwise the ingredients will curdle...add the bacon, onion etc!

Put the mixed ingredients on top of the smash base and smooth down.

Cook the quiche for 45 mins on 190 degrees until top is golden brown.

I tend to leave it overnight, i think its much better the next day...but entirely up to you. Ooooo, im hungry now thinking about it xx

You've got me thinking about a beetroot and bacon sarnie! Sounds a weird but somehow quite tasty combination! :)

I luuuurrrve beetroot, have it with almost everything. I go through nearly 2 jars a week!
Guna mix it up a bit this week, maybe try a couple of red days. Have you tried red days?

Yeah, I have a couple of red days a week. I don't necessarily pig out on meat - sometimes I just feel the need for an extra HEB. I've been having more fish - my 2 most successful weeks have been where I've had fish for tea Mon, Tue & Wed before WI on Thursday morning.
