    Yes I believe they are :) Had Blackened Chicken last night. 4 chicken fillets, 125ml Worcester sauce and Black Pepper. Boil in pain until chicken is black and sauce is thick. If you not keen on the kick of Worcester sauce then not at all recommended mind :p Lots of great things to try x
