So food for today am gonna be good again tho busy out and about so.won't be making anything spectacular.

Tea chicken and pasta with leeks onions mushroom and tomatoes peppers. Cheese (ha)

Dips for watching film tonight
Cottage cheese
Quark with some kind of spice
Home made salsa ( it will be free)
Some kind of yogurt sweet dip
Carrot sticks cucumber cherry tomatoes grapes Cherrys Strawberries

Not eaten much today as after nights have been to gym with my hungover brother I had no sympathy lol. Have drank lots today to hopefully even.out the extra exercise

Well today I went to see wicked and had nice cocktails maybe not the best idea wen I.weigh.in tomorrow but hey ho. My dinner and cocktails wernt Great but have been good rest of the day will see the.damage tomorrow

Well I managed to loose half despite the cocktails so am quite happy with myself today. Also went to gym on my own singing away I had to check with a bloke to make sure he couldn't hear me singing lol he must have thought I was mad!
Going for. A walk tomorrow between 4~5 miles and hopefully will go swimming Sunday morning. My friends wedding is only 7 weeks away now and need to make sure I fit comfortable in my bridesmaid dress plus the hen weekend is next weekend so am gonna try minimise the damage in advance x don't you just love my logic

Well today have been for a 9 mile walk on canal caught lots of sun and am very tired not really eaten much tho have had homemade apple pie on my walk
Just had chicken wings Chinese style with no skin. Have had a apple and will have some Strawberries in a bit am just.making sure have had enough. To drink

Sundays the.other half is off so tends to be busy and meals can be.iffy. Will add as I go. But here's the idea at the moment.
Also gonna go swimming this morning.
