You should look up what's in diet coke. There are some really nasty chemicals in coke. There's nothing natural in diet coke. Just beware. It's been linked to cancer and everything :-(
I've decided to give the original plan a go. Seems a lot more strict with things I'd usually eat (potatoes, rice etc.)

I never thought I'd be one of those people who the plan doesn't work for.

I weigh myself every morning! And sometimes later on in the evening. It's so annoying!
My brother took the weighing scales for a few days and I actually felt relieve I couldn't way myself!
After 4 weeks I finally got my half stone award.
If I didn't get it tonight I think I would have just given up!

Time to tell those highlights to feck off so! I don't drink tea or coffee either. In group we were talking about peppermint tea being really good for you. Have you ever tried it? Maybe that with a spoon of honey would be sweet enough for you throughout the day?
There's a recipe on the Slimming world sitting for falaffels which are free. I made a batch of them up yesterday morning and ate them throughout the day it was great!
Coconut milk:
100ml is 9.5 syns
1 tbls is 1.5 syns
I think it's less for light coconut milk but I always used normal coconut milk because it tastes more real. And a lot cheaper!

You can do this. You are in control of food. Not the other way around. I find getting out of the house really helps. Or playing with the cat or dog and watching movies to pass the time.
Also stock up on lots of water!

Yeah I would think it's a mind thing aswell. I'm trying to get myself out of the habit too. Last night I did okay. I blended a banana with 2 pineapple slices and almond milk and it seemed to work wonders. Kept me really full and satisfied all night! I know you're not suppose to blend fruit but...

I always do so great during the day and them BOOM! i'm going mad for bad foods. It's really annoying as sometimes I get to the point where I can't sleep I want something so much! Chocolate is my worst enemy!
Don't beat yourself up. At least it wasn't 4 chocolate bars, a pack of biscuits and trifle!
Just give yourself a slight slap on the wrist and sleep happy, and wake up tomorrow like nothing happened! :) x

I love quinoa!
For breakfast cook it in water or milk with some cinnamon and vanilla essence and raisins (sun) and put some fat free yogurt over it. It's so delicious!
For dinner I often make it like it's rice etc. Cook it in half a vegetable stock cube and it's seriously delicious!
