Thanks for that girlies. I got a bit carried away with pigging (all these yummy snacks) and only got 9 weeklies left - and there was me saying I was going to save at least 20 :8855: I'll see what my weight loss is like on Weds and if still going well, will take your advice and continue to use...

    Hi!! Is ww for me?

Hi, As other people have said I too did SW and struggled because I wasn't learning about portion control & couldn't stick to it because I wanted more 'syns'. I've only been doing WW since 9th Feb and I love it. You really can have whatever you like as long as you stick within your daily points...

    WeightWatchers after vlcd

Hi, I switched from Cambridge as I couldn't hack it anymore either :jelous: I did cambridge from 20th Jan - 8th Feb & started ww on 9th Feb. For my 1st weigh-in I lost 3 1/2 lbs (not sure whether this was because I'd lost almost a stone on cambridge before transferring). So not as much as I'd...

Well 1st weigh-in and lost 3 1/2 lbs. Quite pleased with that, but then my leader asked how many points had I used. I told her all my dailies (41) & 42 of my weeklies. She then told me to try not to use all my weeklies unless I really need them - now she tells me . Thought this diet was...

    Joe's Sausages

Ooh thanks for that. I'll have to make up a shopping list and head over to Tesco :)
  8. georgie12345

    Joe's Sausages

Yeah that's the only problem. To make it a bit cheaper I buy in bulk, but might start shopping around for supermarket low-fat ones - there must be some out there that are very low pp's :)
  9. georgie12345

    Joe's Sausages

k4c3y - I bought all flavours. They're all my favourites

    Joe's Sausages

Hi guys, The nutrition label on the products seems to be working out the same as Joes have stated. The sausages are delish - just like the real thing

    Joe's Sausages

Thanks Starlight. I can have a bit of a 'grill-up' tomorrow brekkie now :)
  12. georgie12345

    Joe's Sausages

Apologies if this has already been covered but does anyone know the pro-points for Joe's Sausages? It says on their website they've worked it out but it's not endorsed by WW. I've emailed them to add on to the website, as I don't want to eat them and then find out they're really high in points...

Hi both, Well so far so good, used a few weeklies as been away for the night last night. I've eaten quite a lot tonight and for the first time I'm thinking I can really stick to this diet - soooo flexible. Just hope the scales are kind to me on wednesday :)

What do you want to get out of this journey

I want to be able to wear skirts and pretty dresses (my legs are currently like tree trunks) but most of all I want to feel confident with my new body and be able to go swimming, to a spa, or water park or even on the beach in a bikini

    HELP!!!

Just thought I'd look on the website and for lakeland butter portions (7g) it's 1 pp. The bread roll will be either crusty or soft and for a medium size (50g) it's 4 pp. Hope that helps.

Hey Lisa, I'm starting tonight too. Was on Cambridge (after many re-starts) but guess my body's given up on it lol. I've read almost every post on here about pro-points and it seems many people are finding it much better than the old system and tehere's some great weight losses too. Really...

    Moved from a VLCD

And me - I've moved from Cambridge, like Emma-x I was having problems with a vlcd. Starting tonight - soooo excited about being able to eat proper food again :)
  19. georgie12345

Which CD products are you loving?

Forgot about the bars lol. All of them apart from cranberry & peanut. Mrs Chatterbox you can't have bars until week 3 due to the small amount of carbs in them.

4 PINTS OF WATER?!! Struggling to drink!

Best to spread it out through the day. There was a case of where a woman had died on a vlcd because she drank too much water in such a short space of time. I tend to fill up two 1 litre bottles (with the mouthpiece thing attached), then sip them through the day. I also have sparkling water as a...

    Help ? Failure :-(

When I re-started for the zillionth time on 20.01.11, I was 1 and a half stone heavier than when I started the diet in 2009. I got married in 2009 and managed to lose 4 and a half stone which I more or less kept off until Jan 10 (I only put on a stone) but due to events in my personal life, I...

    1st weigh in

Well done, that's a good start. See all those headaches etc have been worth it lol :)
  27. georgie12345

    Any tips? Pls

SS+ is better to be honest, gives you just that little bit more & does help with dizziness etc. The losses on it are very good too. Hope the next few days go better for you.
  28. georgie12345

    hi guys need some advice

Hi, Well done on re-starting - this is about my millionth attempt lol. Currently I pay about £1.80 per item (although bars & tetras are a bit more). I read on here somewhere that if you buy in bulk it's cheaper but guess that depends on individual CDS.
  29. georgie12345

    showing my weakness.

Hey, I get that too, although don't post very often & to be honest suppose I'm not so well educated on this diet as other people. I too have a confidence issue, but guess this is down to my weight. My hubby is very confident and can talk to anyone, but it takes me quite a long time to get to...

    9 Weeks till hols!

Hey. Well done on starting. The amount you could lose all depends on which stage you start at. 2-3 stone is manageable, but everyone is different so you may lose slightly less or slightly more. I note that you're starting on Weds but are you going to see your counsellor to get weighed...

  45. georgie12345

Eating tonight what should I do?

Hi, My CDC said that chicken chow mein was the best thing on chinese. I guess though, you could always ask how it's cooked. It differs from restaurant to restaurant - some chuck extra veg and sauce in & some do it quite dry. Good Luck

Sorry to gatecrash your thread but I'm trying to get my head round extra easy too. I understand the basics but are you still allowed to snack on free foods during the day.
