    Cambridge made me sick!

I lost 4lb!! so yes it's true. I have already lost over a stone before I started Cambridge. I'm not continuing it but I will certainly continue with weightloss. As a result of borking  I didn't drink tea and haven't had a cuppa for 4 days which is a blinkin miracle for me! That...

    Cambridge made me sick!

Hi there, my CDC said it could be the high concentration of vits and minerals. I have to say it was enough to put me right off. I felt very ill for a whole day and hate being sick anyway. I decided it wasn't for me but have really kick started a healthy eating plan. As I'd already gone...

    Cambridge made me sick!

I've just surfaced after a day throwing up and a day recovering. I took my first Cambridge sachet and was pretty sick about an hour or so afterwards. Apparently sometimes people with iron deficiency problems can have sickness after using Cambridge. Don't quote me, that was the basic idea...

    Starting Cambridge.....EEK!

Had a terrible day. I was violently sick after the first one and haven't touched anything since. My CDC wonders if I've had a reaction to such a high concentration of vitamins and minerals. Apparently in rare cases people do. I was advised to half the sachet and double the water. Personally...

Gotta be thin by 40, my diary

Well after six months away (and working in a restaurant, not good!) I am back and determined to bust some lard before I am 40 in December. I don't have an issue with being 40 but I DO have issues with having my photograph taken! Feeling pretty bmad with myself for having let things slip. I'm...

aren't our bodies funny things? I can understand not weighing if your body does that. I never weigh myself once I've eaten or even had a drink as it's too depressing! But The first thing I do every morning is get up, go to the loo and then hop on the scales.

Top 3 reasons people don't succeed at losing weight

I'm exactly the same. I have to have the whole thing or nothing but there is no middle ground. I find it easier to cut it out all together than try and have a couple of squares. I prefer to save up my points so I can buy something if I really am climbing the walls.

Top 3 reasons people don't succeed at losing weight

I think breaking habits is a huge one as well as motivation and dealing with triggers. I also think addiction can play a part. Is it possible to be addicted to chocolate or is that a myth? We often say I'm a chocoholic. Just a thought.....

    Damage limitation

Good point. Thankfully I managed to stop a complete meltdown and end up running through the kitchen like a pacman eating everything in sight. (It's happened before!) So activity points would do me good. I think the important thing is to stop things before they snowball.
