    Here we go!

Hi, I started CS in March this year & did it for about 6 weeks before switching to Avidlite as it was much cheaper & as stated, the shakes are not as sweet. I just followed the exact same principles as CS & lost 3st which I have been able to maintain. It has helped me evaluate how I was eating...

No weight loss in first week??

You are doing everything correctly then. I wouldn't worry too much about it this week as it could well be just your body adjusting. You might find that next week you lose much more than expected:) My first week, I couldn't stop running to the loo as my body adjusted to the sudden increase in...

    snacks?

On cs, calories don't really come into it though, it's more to do with the carb content. CS is high protein & low carb. I would imagine that while apples are less calories, they have a higher sugar content & therefore more carbs. The book does say half an apple but if I do have one I choose a...

No weight loss in first week??

I've not heard of anyone not losing anything at all in the first week before, presuming they have stuck to it 100%. Usually they lose a lot of fluid in the first week. Have you been drinking your 2ltrs of water everyday? That is very important and personally I think it's the key to success. If...

    Back on the wagon......

Lol, no Avidlite forum but there should be as most cs users usually convert to avidlite after the first few weeks due to the cost. If you spend £65 you get 5% off but I can't afford to spend that in 1 go unfortunately.

    Back on the wagon......

I am following the same cs principles but replacing cs shakes with the avidlite ones. I've had no problem ordering online at all. Last week I ordered on Thurs morning & my del arrived by royal mail on Fri. The only time it took more than 2 days to arrive was when I paid extra to have it...

SO much work to do :(

Hi Ladyvegas, glad to see you're on the mend. Good luck with your wedding plans. We went on a weeks Nile cruise & a week in Luxor. Been 3 times now in the last 16 months & we love it. We get bored lying by the pool or on the beach all day so we go to Luxor because of all the historical sites.

SO much work to do :(

Hi, I'm back off my hols & back on this diet as from today. In reality I've had almost 3 weeks off as I've been home since last weds but thought I'd wait until the start of the week to get back on track. Weighed myself & I'm delighted to say that I've only put on 4lbs. We've been to Egypt & I've...

    Off on Hols

Hope so but usually just go pink & then peel:(. Will be too busy first week as doing a Nile cruise & visiting all the sights but the second week will just be chilling out. Probably too hot to lie in it anyway.

    Off on Hols

Well, on Weds I'm off on my hols. Didn't reach the target I set myself but about 2st lighter than I was when I started in March. Went away for the weekend last month & put 3lbs (in 3 days) on so just hoping my 2 week holiday doesn't equate to 14lb on:eek:. As it's an all inclusive holiday, I...

    Im starting Lipotrim!

Kels, would you not get the same results doing avidlite as sole source? It would be a lot cheaper than lipotrim. My daughter works at a pharmacy who does lipotrim & she says the results are good. Don't think there is anyone left on this forum who is still actually doing cs.

Great service again from avidlite. Only ordered at 3.30pm yesterday & my parcel arrived this morning via royal mail. Panic over now, thought the earliest I would get my supplies would be Tuesday with the bank holiday. Was going to go to Rowlands today & get a few cs shakes to get by.

It could well be your meds that's the problem. The wii fit might be just what you need to kick start your metabolism. Still, to sts is far better than a gain & you did only do 95% at the weekend so don't worry. If you are drinking all your water, do you still find that you need to run to the...
