    Hey Taffla, your LLC should have given you a ketosis stick to wee on :o to see if you were in the fat burning mode. In ketosis you should not feel hungry anymore and generally more energetic with an unpleasant taste in your mouth

    A friend at work who was on LL as well told me she used to take sugar laden medicines whilst having the flu. She said that it didnt dramatically affect her weightloss or her ketosis, but I guess everyone is different. Try not to worry and stay away from them now on :)
