    Could not agree more! I love the way people don't judge you on here if you have a slip up. I was on an American forum for the South Beach diet a couple of years ago and they could be brutal! It's much more forgiving and welcoming on here. Thanks to all ;)

    I'm the same as you, Gemmy Lou. I have to plan the week in advance. I plan all my meals on the Sat, and do the weekly shop on a Sunday. I was finding that I was popping to the supermarket during the week for "bits and bobs" and spending 20 quid a time!!!! The weekly plan stops me doing that.
