Onion Bhajis - Syn free
They’re syn free onion bhajis, a bit unsure of exact quantities as I kind of added as went along but they’re lovely with a syn free curry,
rice and chips! Or as a snack yummy!!
This made 4 small ones....
1 onion
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
3 dessert spoons of smash powder, and water to make
Fry lite
(optional - I added a small sprinkle of garlic powder and mixed herbs)
Slice the onion and fry in fry lite
When that’s done make the smash up and mix in the onions
Add curry powder and stir in curry powder, as much as u can handle! 1 teaspoon was enough for me!
Spray a Yorkshire pudding tray, or any tray really, with fry lite
With your hands mould into little balls, and place on tray, spray with fry lite
Cook on 220 for about 45 mins until very crispy and dark, they’re ready! x
