I joined again last week and have lost 5lbs this week bringing me into a new group already :D Hopefully it wont be a long visit, as lovely as you all probably are I would like to get to 14st before Easter :D

why dont you try using a SC and in the morning bung everything in it with chopped up veg and stock/tinned veg and make a nice stew.
You can put lamb, chicken, beef, pork etc in it.
That way it would be something different.

my consultant says you can do that , we mostly go on 10 a day so 70 a week. There are a few in my class who use their whole 70 syns on a bottle of spirits lol and then just have free or 0 syn food the rest of the week.

But why don't you see if your doctor will give you a line saying that for x amount of weeks you can't do any lifting, then tell your employer once your contract is renewed
if you join this week and your daughter next but writes that you brought her to group then you would get a free week, thus cancelling out your joining fee :D
