    I'm currently 5ft 5, 12st 4lb and am 16 in most shops, 18 in some and 14 in others. I'm very pear shaped and bottom heavy though and mostly wear 12 tops with the odd 14. I'd love to get down to a size 10 but would be happy with 10-12, weighing around 10stone :D

    Like others have said, I haven't really given anything up. I definitely don't eat as freely as I did before sw because the thought of getting on the scales is always at the back of mind. I am perhaps more aware of healthier optons now, which can only be a positive thing :)
