    So as this is the 1st time I've tried RC, I thought I'd log everything on here at the end of each day. If anyone sees where I'm going wrong please feel free to point it out!
    I'm at a hen do tomorrow night in Manchester so I'm a bit concerned about the fact that I wont be able to stick to 1200 and no alcohol! Do you think this will affect my 1st week?

    Friday 16th July - Day 1

    Breakfast - 1 green portion pot of special K plus milk from allowance

    Power snack - 1 x rice cake

    Lunch - John West mediterranean tuna pasta
    & 1 x rice cake

    Power snack - nectarine

    Tea - 1 x red portion pot pasta, 1 x carton passatta, onion, grated carrot & 3 slices ham

    3/4 pint semi skimmed milk

    Saturday 17th July - day 2

    Breakfast - 1 green potion pot special k + milk from allowance

    Lunch - Bagel with 1 x triangle light laughing cow, 3 slices ham & cucumber

    I was at a hen do on Saturday night so I had a 3 course meal with copious amounts of alcohol for my tea! I hope it doesnt affect my 1st week's results too much

    Sunday 18th July - Day 3

    Breakfast - Mcdonald's sausage muffin & hash brown (For the hangover!!:sigh:)

    Lunch - 1 x bagel with soft cheese, 3 slices of ham, cucumber and tomato

    Tea - Sausages, mash & gravy. 1 x slice wholemeal bread

    Monday 19th July - Day 4

    Breakfast - 1 x green pot Special K - 200

    Lunch - Bagel with ham, philadelphia extra light, cucumber and tomatoes - 320

    Tea - Uncle Ben's Thai rice - 195

    Snacks - 2 x Malted milk - 88
    Crisps - 94

    Milk - 200

    Total - 1066

    Breakfast - 1 x green portion pot Special K - 200

    Power Snack - 115g Raspberries - 50

    Lunch - Bagel with extra light philadelphia, ham, cucumber & tomatoes - 330

    Power Snack - 150g Strawberries - 50

    Tea - Heinz Big soup & bread - 415

    Snacks - Wotsits - 99
    Curly Wurly - 115

    Total - 1444
