    thanks hun phew my finaces sis in law cooked me unexpected dinner chipss gravy and steak didn't want to say no was good for lunch and wil i be ok as long as i get on today

    aslong as it's under 5g fat per 100g you don't have to weigh it cos i just 2 of them in the bowl with milk from my allowance as long as i count calories for weetabiz it's 127cals
