    Well 6 weeks not a thing has passed my lips other than shakes and water. Yet I only lost 3 lbs I can't understand it am I doing sumthing wrong? I have even been exercising abit. This has nocked my confidence to say the least.

    i asked my pharmacist about spliting the shakes he said i could but advised against it as it could lesson wieght loss gave me a load of tech reson why but cant remember said it was on the lt video on website.

    hi im a student nurse to and i find that the soups are ok in a bowl or cup, nobody realy questions i have the bu yu shaker but hardly use it what i have found works best are the coffee frother things you can get them for a few quid off ebay. they do the shakes to. hope this helps kazx

    yes maybe i had kidney pain thats why i looked it up to see what i was doing wrong and found quite a few storys like this scary. so even though my job doesnt make it easy for me to drink water regularly i try my hardestto rather than drinking lots at once.
