    One year on Cambridge...

I would consider anything, thanks for your reply. I think I'm struggling full stop though. And even higher steps are difficult. I'll have to have a serious think this weekend and decide what to do. Thank you for your support everyone! :-)

    One year on Cambridge...

Thanks for your reply. :-) You too summed it up well. I felt so much better after losing 3 stone that the feel good factor lasted a while. But it's going away. I know I will gain it back if I'm not careful. But the thought of eating the products is so revolting at this point. I guess I need to...

    One year on Cambridge...

Thank you, I think that's all very sound advice. I keep seeing my consultant as I know it at least keeps me somewhat in check! I look in the mirror and although what I see is an improvement, I am still not happy. I think you're right, the initial happiness has lasted me a while, compliments etc...

    One year on Cambridge...

Hi all, I've been on this site on/off for a while. Started Cambridge about a year ago and prob had about 7 stone to lose. The thing is I was so focused for about the first 3 months and lost 3 stone. But despite seeing my consultant still and buying products I just cannot get in the right mind...

    Day Five - cambridge diet

I agree with all of the above! Every diet works. But I've never stuck to any. I started beginning of match and have lost 3 1/2 stone. And sooooo many inches. It does work, if you stick with it. If I can do it, anyone can. Trust me on that. Good luck, it gets better.

Step 1 Sole Source Weight loss and breast loss

I have lost 3 1/2 stone and gone from a 36h to a 34gg, though I suspect in the next month or so I'll be a 34g. Don't know if that helps at all...when I was a size 10, many years ago I was about a 34c. Good luck!

Step 1 Sole Source How do you renew your motivation/will power?

Thanks for your reply. It's true I can't undo what I've done. So best to move on and keep my eye on the prize. Thank you

Step 1 Sole Source How do you renew your motivation/will power?

Thanks for your reply. I think you're right, you have a blip, fine. Just move on. I will do my best, because as you said I've come too far. In so many ways this is both the easiest and hardest diet ever! Thanks again and good luck to you too! x

Step 1 Sole Source How do you renew your motivation/will power?

Hi all I don't write very often on here, but read people's posts everyday. I started Cambridge 24-2-14 and as of Wednesday have lost 3 stone 2 pounds. So although this is great, I feel my will power has taken a dive in the last few weeks, incidentally I have lost much less in the past 3 weeks...

    Newbie on Red 1

I was. I think that was 4 packs and skimmed milk. Though I never understood why it was called that?!

Step 1 Sole Source Herbal/fruit tea question

That's cool, my consultant said no!
  12. smb1973

Step 1 Sole Source Herbal/fruit tea question

My understanding is that you cannot. You may be able to have the camomile, but I'm 99% sure the ones with fruit are a no no. Regular tea and coffee are ok though. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news! :-(

Step 1 Sole Source ketosis ?!

Thing is, I still get hungry. And I use the ketostix, so know I'm in ketosis. :-(
  14. smb1973

Step 1 Sole Source ketosis ?!

The only 100% definite way to know is if you use something called ketostix. You can get them at the chemist or on amazon. They're little strips that you test your urine with...provided you show any colour, you are in ketosis. Signs of ketosis though are the kinda bad taste you get in your mouth...

Do you get anything from your consultant?

Doing it the second time around, I was a bit more careful choosing a consultant. I picked one with awards etc... And now I know the difference. I would say to anyone, if they're not happy to change. It's your time, money and diet. It's a hard, often challenging diet. I need all the support and...

Do you get anything from your consultant?

Mine is lovely. She gives rosettes for every stone. Last time I saw her she gave me a candle as I had been working so hard she said. She's also always available on what's app. She sends messages of support throughout the week. I did the diet a few years ago and never got any of that.

Day One - Complete....here we go again!

Hi Ian, step away from the wine and crisps! ;-) ketosis is not about calories as much as it is carbs! So you prob didn't do much harm with the burgers, but the carbs/sugar in the wine and crisps prob will knock you out. It's sooooo not worth it! Not worth feeling the lousy side effects of...

Step2 810kcal Friendly warning: "Cheating" def not worth it

Dear fellow Cambridgers... I am on week 6 and have lost two stone. That's the good bit. :-) Not so much as a hiccup along the way. Had a meal planned out at a lovely Michelin starred restaurant and did not want to miss out. Went, had the meal, no alcohol, just water. I think the reintroduction...

Well done to you! The first week I've lost 10 pounds, after that 4, 3, and 4. I am 5"3 and started at about 18 stone...yikes! And well my consultant take photos after every stone and takes measurements every week. I saw a big difference after the first stone, in the photos...a And I'm def down...

SPLIT UP FROM MY BOYFRIEND ;(

Very well thank you for asking. I had my 4th weigh in yesterday and have lost 1 1/2 stones . Pretty pleased with that. It's really hard sometimes, but try to tell myself you only need to do this once, and you'll be so happy when you're done. How about you, all going well hopefully... :-)

SPLIT UP FROM MY BOYFRIEND ;(

My first week on Cambridge my boyfriend and I broke up. I somehow managed to stay on it 100% and felt soooo proud of myself as a result. It's hard, I can appreciate it. But I stayed on track knowing if I could stick with it at this difficult time I could probably stick with it to lose all the...

Thinking of trying CWP, have questions!

I pay £62.30 per week, that's for 4 products per day, 1 bar, 1 tetra shake, and 2 soups. Thing is, I am spending less on food, cause I don't go out etc... I really think it's quite reasonable. I wish I was only paying £40 per week!
