    I make mine as it shows on Lindas website. The base is made with cream cheese, eggs, parmasan, mozzerella, garlic powder & oregano. Really nice makes quite a big pizza @ 2 net carbs per serving and serves 8 or so it says. Mine serves 4 so 4 net carbs per serving but well worth it!!! Max

    I am having Cottage pie, broccoli, carrots and green beans. Cottage pie is made with extra lean mince, onions, mushrooms & mixed veg with oxo cube & mashed potato on top. Think it works out at 2syns for the butter in the mash but mad enough for 4 people so 1/2 syn.

    WANTED fat free frozen yogurt!

    Frozen Yoghurts I always freeze mullerlite or any other low fat yoghurt. Put in the freezer for about 3 hours only just frozen and like ice-cream. Don't leave in there for too long or they will end up rock hard and then watery when you defrost them.;)
